Role Model Consulting was created out of the need for training managers in a new and effective way. We are the ones to meet our clients’ basic need: achieving constant improvement!
Years of experience in high level positions in big FMCG companies are the key to approaching our customers’ training needs in a different way.
How do we do it
We work with you to discover your managers’ critical training needs and, after that, we design programs custom-made for you, to meet those needs. You will be able to monitor the basic KPIs’ evolution within the training process, while you can also measure the end results.
Training is not a one-off project, so we plan and execute the next steps together, based on previous experience.
